It also happens when click on progress when u don't have enough resources to hold in ur storage to pass a quest, so if that's the reason then u are not banned, just reload game and upgrade ur storage for the required amount of quest and then collect resources and den click progress..:)

Lol how come he can upgrade storage when he cant access the game?

Dude, everyone else found it...hide and seek, that's the game name. Go venture and enjoy the game, soon you'll notice it :) don't cheat too much, not good for your soul hahaha

Don't abuse. This game has audit log that I can't remove, specially for pvp

no clue. sorry. whatever preventing the game from installing is specific to your device, you need to try it out on your own. This game has Google+ integration, most likely will require you to have root to connect it through google+, which requires patching through LP.
