The mod work great unless u have 20% hunger u will start hurting hp same as thirsty i also found that smoked sousage from crafting didnt increase hunger only hp (not cooking) and i hope u can updated apk thanks
Also login through google play and register id cant be done coz the game keep asking to updted the game.

I haven't tried that but good luck... all i know is that lvl is modable... but other things like currencies, keys and totems are server side.. game checks your save game with some hash calculations and if it doesn't match the one in server it will just reject it so even if u modify your save game it will just ignore it and make you start over
