This game has Root detection! Play with IP only in Japan! And there is no modifiable meaning in terms of gameplay...:D
 
ゲームプレイ（育成）において、
・育成中スタミナ0でもトレーニングが成功する
・育成開始直後からサポートとの絆最高値
・育成中必ず1着になる
・スキルポイントが400固定
かなり変更点があると思います、modが必要です
 
育成終了後、すべての因子を星3に固定する
笹針師（ダイジョーブ博士）出演＆成功確定
福引特賞確定
トレーニングですべてのサポートがヒント確定
お休みで体力70回復確定

It's true the game have root detection but it's doesn't need vpn
 
4# and 6# give us good ideas,but it looks like all calculations are on the server.
Net connecting keeps working when you are training.it has a hint in the upper right corner.All the data matches the data on the sever.....
So i guess you can only change the attributes of your local umamusume....
