I forgot to include somethings in the requirements, it's been updated. If you can't join the raffle it's because either you already joined the raffle or you don't meet the requirements. A dialog box comes up and tells you what the reason is.
 
- Have a good amount of HQ thread/post
so can i join the raflle?
i push enter the pop up this (You already have the maximum entries allowed for this raffle.)
that mean im on it?

the way i look at it you are not qualified to join this event as your post count is zero. perhaps you should be more active and hopefully you are ready for the next event :D

your post count is not enough to join this event. hopefully you would be more active in the forum and in the near future should we have another such event by then you are qualified to join :D
