I forgot to include somethings in the requirements, it's been updated. If you can't join the raffle it's because either you already joined the raffle or you don't meet the requirements. A dialog box comes up and tells you what the reason is.

i dont have usergroup or something like that and no permissions on chat to.. dunno never got it! so i want to enter plz can someone help me ? also gonna delete this if its wrong.

the way i look at it you are not qualified to join this event as your post count is zero. perhaps you should be more active and hopefully you are ready for the next event
