It's mostly happening in game. So, basically when the servants are attacking, or getting attacked. There are constant little freezes during the animations. It also happens when choosing cards, or when buffing.

Try download all data.
 
Aniplex updated the game in this 2.28.1 and said that it would be using a new "backtracing" tool in the game, do you think this can generate the banning of those who use these mods?

Ok so seeing your message got me thinking and I did bit of digging around.

See: Can you get banned on NA for mods?

From what I could find, bans have been given out to accounts that have been found guilty of some forms of glitch abuse and some dubious account selling, etc. While as though this is the case it really just depends on what "backtracing" actually is.
