It's not ban, you get stuck. Is your phone rooted? If not with es file explorer find the data files and change the name. Uninstall game. Install it again. Rename back to original

In dungeon 3 the boss minion freeze after you kill the boss u will stuck there..what u can do is starve to death and switch to playstore version..remember u must place ur dead body near the gate entrance so that u can retrive it back
