Only if you vastly exceed the top scores. I got banned for this on my first account (though I was already planning to delete it to reroll for Summer Suisei). When I say "exceeding the score," I mean that the bot starts collecting items before the match even begins, and the same thing happens when you finish a dish and have to click the window to start the next one—it keeps collecting while the timer isn't running.

I don't know if the ban was just until the event ended or permanent. Plus, my first account was really bad—just mediocre rolls after mediocre rolls.
