BlueStacks 4.260.20.4001 runs the game now they fixed the black screen issue.
Haven't tried the modded version though.

Mod doesnt work on new bluestacks update sadly it just freezes once you start the game on a blank white screen.

Yes. Using only God Mod for Main Quest is still banned.
