Doesn't work for me that way. I finished the tutorial with the original apk, after completion, backed up data via Titanium, uninstalled the original one then used the mod apk (and restoring just the data, not the app itself). You may also link your account to an email but you would need to download the game data again after logging in (what I usually do on my non-rooted phone).
You might want to do the 'backing up' part if your phone is rooted and have enough space to make backups; there's another tutorial for the Arena part, and there have been some cases of banning when inflicting modded damage, or so I've heard.

Download : Es File Explorer The Pro One's
Goto > Device Storage/Data/Data
Find The Folder Name Valiant Force Etc With A ( Com. )
Delete The Whole Folder
Install Again Might Work Might Not

the dmg is x100 i think.. its hitting 65k for me and crit will went to 94k+
well who care lol.. quit anyway even with mod.. RNG doesnt like me.. 800gem only got 2 char able to get 5* including starter valiant.. and screw them with the layared gacha..

They will ban you sooner or later. 2nd account I only use to clear map, I remembered that time only around 6k per hit. I dont even join any arena battle ( tourial mode too).

I also think god mod is enough or reduce enemy hp.
I played phantom of the kill, crystal heart with enemy 1hp, never been banned.:d
