Can't find Assembly-CSharp in apk to mod?

Been through several guides in here. Can't find the Assembly-CSharp.dll file in apk (using winrar), how do you mod without it? If opening largest lib file (.so) in IDA works, what function am I looking for? any guide for this?

I am trying to fix up the hp for escort mission in Link is Broken. For some reason the escort target's hp is as low as enemies, making it die in a hit. Any site (guides) recommendation for a complete beginner ?

could be that the data for those values isn't within the apk similar to azurlane has it's data in a script file within the obb data of the game.

Not all games use Unity Engine to have ASSEMBLY-CSHARP
