Well there no point to play if i cant to play on emulators otherswise I dont want to give permisions acces phone files location and contacts.......Even the bluestacks dont want to load it

The coupon you're talking about still works on the Classic Version (2.4.1), which is still available to play. :p

As for the 7.0, you can go to the User Center and click on the Free Items button to get free unlimited diamonds. (NO time limit for the duration of the beta)

I don't see what's the problem here, the message speaks for itself, :D the Item Shop is closed during Beta, but, you can still use the FREE ITEMS button from the main page to get unlimited diamonds as I mentioned above.

i use samsung galaxy note 4 (menu show up)

That's mainly because of a BAD internet connection.
You can use a VPN or watch this video and see the other way to access it.
