Hey, this is a Version 7.0 BETA server!!!
The coupon you're talking about still works on the Classic Version (2.4.1), which is still available to play.

As for the 7.0, you can go to the User Center and click on the Free Items button to get free unlimited diamonds. (NO time limit for the duration of the beta)

I don't see what's the problem here, the message speaks for itself, the Item Shop is closed during Beta, but, you can still use the FREE ITEMS button from the main page to get unlimited diamonds as I mentioned above.

That's mainly because of a BAD internet connection.
You can use a VPN or watch this video and see the other way to access it.
